Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom furniture items may have longer lead times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your items.

  • Small Items (Tablecloths, Cushions): Shipped via USPS or UPS Ground.

  • Furniture (Chairs, Tables): Shipped via freight carriers. Standard delivery is typically curbside.

  • White Glove Delivery: Available for furniture at an additional cost. This service includes delivery to your room of choice and removal of packaging materials. Assembly is not included.

3. Delivery and Inspection
You will receive tracking information once your order ships. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be present to accept and inspect the delivery. Please inspect all items for visible damage before the delivery driver leaves and note any issues on the delivery receipt.

4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
