We want you to be delighted with your dining set. Please review our policy carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Unopened/Unused Items: Tablecloths and unused dining chairs (in original packaging) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Tables & Assembled Chairs: Due to size and shipping costs, tables and assembled dining chairs may be returned within 30 days subject to inspection and a 20% restocking fee. They must be disassembled, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

Custom Orders: Tables or chairs made to custom specifications (size, finish, fabric) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Used, stained, or damaged tablecloths.

Furniture with signs of assembly, wear, or damage not present upon delivery.

Clearance or final sale items.
3. The Return Process

Initiate Request: Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have your order number ready.

Pack and Ship: For eligible returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items are securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable service and insuring the shipment.

Inspection and Refund: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
